Unseen Picasso art to be displayed in the Alhambra, announces Andalusian President

The Alhambra will host an exhibition featuring works by Pablo Ruiz Picasso “never before seen in Spain,” as announced this Wednesday by the President of the Junta de Andalucía, Juan Manuel Moreno, during the general debate on the situation of the community in the Andalusian Parliament.

Moreno highlighted the significance of this exhibition with “works that have never been exhibited in Spain” and that will be showcased “none other than in the Alhambra.” He encouraged all visitors to the Nasrid palace not to miss this exhibition when it becomes available.

The president made this announcement during the cultural section of his speech, emphasizing that “culture is an essential part of the Andalucía brand.” He also noted progress in this area with the recent creation of an Andalusian council, “which inexplicably did not exist before.”
